Task checklist

What is done, what is left.

398 of 404 tasks complete, 6 still open now that the new site is live. The stage being worked on now is open; finished work and later stages are one tap away, and after-launch ideas sit at the end and are not counted. A finished task shows the work block it was done in and that block’s hours. Block hours cover everything finished in the block, so they are never added twice.

How billing works

Clear hours, nothing padded.

You see the same numbers we bill from. Here is how they are counted.

  1. 01

    Timed from the work itself

Hours come directly from the working sessions, with pauses longer than 15 minutes ending a work block.

  2. 02

    Rounded once, per block

Each work block is rounded up once to the next quarter hour, never per task. The hours shown are the hours billed.

  3. 03

    Off-session work, when recorded

Any tasks done outside of normal tracking are added as their own line, with full details.
