How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day. I read every request myself and reply personally, by email, with any questions I have before we talk.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The consultation and the estimate are free. You only pay once you choose how to pay and the work starts. See Pricing.
What should I tell you about my project?
What you need, what you have now (a website, a logo, a store), a few examples you like, and your timeline and budget if you know them. The form asks for each, and you can attach files.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is what the consultation is for. Pick the closest service, or Other Media, and describe it in your own words. I will tell you what I would suggest and why.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. Dinsmore Graphics is a remote studio, working with clients across the United States and internationally since 1999. We talk by phone, text and email.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Yes. Most clients are in the United States, and I also work with clients overseas.
I am a hosting client. How do I get support?
Call, text or email me, and you reach a real person, not a phone tree. Your cPanel and webmail logins are on this page and in the footer of every page.
