Is the check really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want help with the fixes, we talk about it for free and you get an estimate in hours. If not, the check is yours to keep.
Why only a few checks each week?
Because every audit is reviewed by hand. AI tools help gather the facts, but every point is checked by a person, so the number stays small enough to do it properly.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, website and the area you serve, plus links to your profiles if you have them handy. No logins or passwords: I only take the public view, the same one your customers see.
Why do you ask for my Yelp and social links?
Because Google and AI tools look at all of them together. When your website, Google Business Profile, Yelp and social pages give the same name, phone, hours and story, it is easier for them to trust and recommend you. Links save time, and anything you skip I look up by your business name and city.
I have more than one location. Should I send each one?
Yes. Add each location’s Google Business Profile in the second step, and the check covers every location you list.
Can you check a site built on Wix, Squarespace or Shopify?
Yes. The check covers any public website, whatever it was built with, and whoever built it.
How do you check what AI tools say about my business?
I ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers the questions your customers would ask, like your service near your city, and note which businesses they name and the sources they use. More on this on the SEO & AI Search page.
Does this cover AEO and GEO?
Yes. AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) are newer names for showing up in AI answers from ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and similar tools. The AI part of the audit looks at exactly that: what those tools say about your business and which sources they use.
